Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Wigs, Undergarments and socks.

Customized or personalized items.

Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return-shipping cost(s).
2. Customers are also responsible for providing legitimate Shipping details, Contact emails and phone number for communication.
We reserve the right to revoke and refund orders when customers fail to provide their direct contact details and phone number.
3. Refund could take up to 2 months, pending on the complexity of the case.
